L1. Pad Thai: Stir fried rice noodles in a tamarind sauce with eggs, bean sprouts, and Scallions. Garnishes with ground peanuts and a lime.
L2. Yellow Pad Thai: Same as traditional Pad Thai except with yellow curry powder added.
L3. Drunken Noodle: Pan fried flat rice noodle with bell pepper, onion, and basil leaves in a special sauce.
L4. Pad Se Ew: Stir fry flat noodles with eggs, carrots, broccoli in a Thai soy sauce.
L6. Thai Sweet and Sour: Sauteed pineapple, onions, cucumber, tomato, bell pepper in a sweet and sour.
L7. Spicy Basil: Sauteed with onion, bell pepper, basil leaves in a special basil sauce.
L8. Veggie Lovers: Stir Fried mixed vegetables.
L9. Thai Ginger: Stir fried with ginger, onion, mushrooms, carrots, cabbage, and scallions.
